2. Requirements to register (new students):

In accordance with current regulations, the requirements for registration are as follows:

  • PDF scan of a valid identification document: Ecuadorian national ID card (cédula) for Ecuadorian citizens or passport for foreign nationals.
  • PDF scan of a notarized high school diploma. (High school diplomas obtained abroad must be recognized or officially validated by the Ministry of Education of Ecuador.)

If you do not have the latter document, you may temporarily upload one of the following:

Digital certificate of high school diploma registration, which you can download HERE. Provisional certificate confirming that you are currently completing your final year of high school.



Registration will be open from June 15, 2026.


Your registration IS FREE OF CHARGE. Once registered, you will be able to complete your enrollment and pay the corresponding tuition directly.

  • You may complete the Complementary Information Form through the institutional portal.
  • Please note that completing this form is mandatory to continue with the admission process. If you require assistance, please send your questions or inquiries to bienestargye@ups.edu.ec.


As the final step in the admissions process, you must register for the subjects corresponding to the first cycle. You can do this from June 15, 2026. The process will be carried out virtually and with the support of our team.
