• Once the registration process has been completed, either in person at the Admissions Department or online, students must complete the Complementary Information Form through the following link: https://upsalesiana.ec/logfichasocio. Upon completing the form, students will receive information regarding their assigned quintile (semester tuition cost) via their institutional email. This requirement is mandatory to continue with the enrolment process.

• Once the quintile has been assigned, students may:
  • Visit the Campus Secretariat for guidance on the enrolment process through the institutional web platform.
  • Contact their programme department for assistance with course registration through the ZOOM links available for each programme. The links can be found HERE.

REQUIREMENTS

If any required document is missing, it must be uploaded through the following platform: CLICK HERE, using your institutional username and password under the “Enrolment Requirements” section.

• A photo or scanned copy of a valid identification document: national ID card for Ecuadorian students or passport for foreign students.
• A photo or scanned copy of the high school diploma. (High school diplomas obtained abroad must be recognised or officially validated by the Ecuadorian Ministry of Education.)
• A photo or scanned copy of the voting certificate, for students of legal age.
• A digital, colour, passport-size photo.

• Check the enrolment academic calendar to verify the date on which you must complete your enrolment.
• Check the class schedules by programme at the bottom of this page.
• Online enrolment is completed by accessing each student’s personal page through the web portal (LOG IN). The following web browsers are recommended: Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, and Safari.
• Remember to select any pending courses from the first and second enrolment attempts at lower levels.
• The electronic invoice will be sent to your institutional email address. If you need the invoice to be issued in another person’s name, remember to enter the requested information before submitting your enrolment.
• If there are no available places in a lower-level course for which you are enrolling for the first or second time, you must complete the enrolment process with virtual assistance.

• Enrolment with virtual assistance applies in the following cases: conditional students attending as listeners, course validations, readmissions, and students requiring available places (quota requests).
• Virtual assistance for course registration will be provided according to the enrolment calendar through the Zoom platform. Programme-specific links can be found HERE.
• It is important to download and complete the Course Registration Form in advance. This form will be requested by the virtual assistance staff on the date scheduled for your enrolment, as part of the course selection process.

• You may change your course group online until November 2, 2026.
• In exceptional cases where you are unable to change your course group online, you must submit a general request addressed to the Undergraduate Programme Director, attaching the supporting documents that justify your request.
